Role Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to fulfill the role of BTL/ATL Project Coordinator on a full-time basis. This on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves planning and coordinating below-the-line (BTL) and above-the-line (ATL) marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence. The coordinator will manage end-to-end project execution of campaigns, ensure timely delivery, liaise with vendors and internal teams, and monitor campaign effectiveness to drive community engagement and business growth. Developing detailed reports and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders is also essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing BTL and ATL marketing campaigns effectively
• Strong project management skills, including handling timelines, vendors, and budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for evaluating campaign performance and impact
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of community engagement or real estate marketing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
