ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and organised Business Associate to work closely with the head of operations in running the day-to-day business. This is a hands-on, generalist role best suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and takes genuine pride in bringing structure and clarity to complex operations. You will be the organisational backbone of the business — building systems, tracking finances, managing client data, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will also occasionally be the face of the business when clients visit. This is a hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote working days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Improvement — Observe existing workflows and proactively suggest and implement ways to streamline day-to-day operations.
• Order Tracking — Build and maintain trackers for all incoming orders, production status, delivery timelines, and order history.
• Inventory Management — Develop and maintain a robust inventory tracking system covering raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Client Communication Tracking — Create and manage a CRM-style tracker to log all client interactions, follow-ups, quotes sent, and order status updates.
• Finance & Budgeting Support — Assist in tracking expenses, vendor payments, and budgets; maintain financial records and flag anomalies.
• Client-Facing Responsibilities — Professionally receive and engage with clients who visit the office or showroom.
• Ad Hoc Support — Support the head of operations across any other tasks that arise in a fast-moving business environment.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Fresh graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, or any relevant bachelor’s degree)
• Excellent spoken and written English — you will interact with discerning, high-end clientele
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who can take initiative without needing to be micromanaged
• Presentable, well-spoken, and comfortable in a client-facing environment
• Genuine interest in craft, design, or luxury goods is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
