Role Description
This is a commission-based Business Development Executive role with flexible working hours. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for pitching Vitrix’s range of services, including performance marketing, social media marketing, and other digital growth solutions, to leads provided by the company. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their business needs, presenting tailored service offerings, handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The individual will be expected to manage their own pipeline of provided leads with discipline and consistency, follow up persistently, and convert conversations into signed clients. This role offers high earning potential through commission, with no cap on income for strong performers.
