We are looking for a highly motivated and aggressive growth-focused Business Development Executive who can generate revenue for FFACE while creating strategic partnerships and visibility opportunities for DECOY and FABRIQ.

Key Responsibilities
FFACE – Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
* Generate business for:
* Digital Marketing
* Branding & Advertising
* Social Media Management
* Influencer Marketing
* Video Production
* Website & E-commerce Solutions
* Identify and approach potential clients and brands.
* Conduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
* Develop proposals and close business deals.
* Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
* Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams for execution.

DECOY & FABRIQ – Strategic Tie-Ups & Visibility
* Build strategic alliances to increase brand visibility and market presence.
* Secure collaborations with:
* Retail stores
* Cafés, clubs, and hospitality brands
* Fashion and lifestyle platforms
* Events and exhibitions
* Influencers and creators
* Corporate gifting companies
* Colleges and youth communities
* Identify barter, sponsorship, and co-branding opportunities.
* Support offline activations, promotional events, and expansion initiatives.
* Develop partnerships that contribute to brand reach, awareness, and sales growth.

Travel Requirements
* The role requires frequent local travel for meetings, networking, activations, and business development activities.
* Occasional national travel may also be required for client meetings, exhibitions, events, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.

Compensation Structure
This is a highly performance-driven role suited for ambitious individuals who are confident in generating business and building strategic relationships.
Compensation Includes:
* Fixed Salary: Up to ₹2 LPA
* Travel Allowance (TA)
* Reimbursement of approved business expenses
