Digital Hackers is a full-service digital marketing agency helping startups and small businesses across India and the US grow their brand, visibility, and revenue. We offer SEO/AEO/GEO, social media marketing, website development, branding, graphics, video production, and LLM-powered content strategy all under one roof.
We’re a lean, results-driven team and we’re growing fast. Now we’re looking for a hungry, self-motivated Business Development Intern to help us close new clients and expand our reach.
The Role
What You’ll Do
• Identify and prospect potential clients — startups, small businesses, personal brands, and founders — across LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Reach out, build relationships, and pitch Digital Hackers’ services in a compelling, personalised way
• Handle initial discovery conversations and qualify leads before handoff
• Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine pitches, proposals, and positioning
• Track outreach activity, pipeline status, and closed deals in a shared CRM or tracker
What You’ll Earn
• 25% commission on every deal you close — paid monthly
• No cap. The more you close, the more you earn.
• Example: Close a ₹50,000/month retainer → earn ₹12,500. Close three → earn ₹37,500/month.
• Certificate of Internship + Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion
You’re a Great Fit If You
• Are confident, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy talking to people
• Have a strong understanding of digital marketing or are willing to learn fast
• Are comfortable with cold outreach — LinkedIn DMs, emails, calls
• Are self-motivated and can work independently without micromanagement
• Have basic knowledge of tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email
• Are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Have prior sales, BD, or marketing experience (preferred but not required)
This Is NOT For You If
• You’re looking for a fixed stipend with zero accountability
• You need constant supervision and task-by-task guidance
• You’re not comfortable with commission-only compensation
• You’re not willing to do outbound prospecting
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: Immediately
Type: Remote · Part-time or Full-time (flexible)
Compensation: 25% commission on every closed deal · No fixed stipend
