Role overview
We are a software development agency based in Kerala offering custom web apps, mobile apps, and cybersecurity services. We are looking for a driven Sales Partner to help us acquire new clients on a pure performance basis with no fixed salary.

What you earn
20% of total project value on every successful deal you close. No cap.
(Example: A ₹5,00,000 project = ₹1,00,000 for you. A ₹10,00,000 project = ₹2,00,000 for you.)

What you will do
→ Identify and reach out to businesses that need web apps, mobile apps, or software solutions
→ Build relationships with founders, CTOs, and business owners
→ Pitch our services using materials we provide
→ Qualify leads and close deals
→ Hand over signed clients to our delivery team

Who we are looking for
✓ 1-2+ years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or B2B sales
✓ Existing network of business owners, startup founders, or decision-makers
✓ Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and direct conversations
✓ Self-motivated and able to work independently
✓ Strong communication skills in English , Malayalam, Hindi
