Role Description
As the Co-Founder – Head of Growth, Product & Investor Relations, you will lead strategic business growth, oversee product vision, and manage relationships with investors. This full-time role is based in Bengaluru, combining on-site responsibilities with remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, creating and refining product roadmaps, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and engaging with investors to secure funding and partnerships. A crucial part of this role will be leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making and foster collaboration across teams.
This is not just a growth role.
This is for someone who wants to build and scale a company from 0→1 and grow into a CMO / CGO / Co-Founder role.

Investor & Strategic Exposure
Work directly with founders on fundraising strategy
Support investor conversations, decks, and growth narratives
Translate performance metrics into business and investor insights

What We’re Looking For
7–10 years in Performance / Growth Marketing
Deep hands-on expertise in Google, Meta, Programmatic
Strong understanding of:
CAC, LTV, funnels, attribution, ROAS
Data-first mindset with strong analytics & experimentation skills
Interest in AI, automation, and product-led growth
Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term thinking
Comfortable in a zero-to-one startup environment
