The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Business Head – Digital to lead our digital business and drive the next phase of transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end ownership of digital P&L, platform growth, and customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Own and scale the digital business with full P&L accountability
- Define and execute growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Lead performance marketing and digital channels to drive measurable outcomes
- Optimize key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion efficiency
- Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, and Compliance to build scalable solutions
- Drive innovation, market expansion, and competitive positioning
What We’re Looking For
- MBA from a reputed institution
- 10+ years of experience in digital business, fintech, or online platforms
- Proven track record in scaling digital businesses and managing P&L
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
