Duties & Responsibilities
- Key in all inpatient charges daily before discharge.
- Prepare complete discharge documents and send on time.
- Collect payments and deposits.
- Handle refunds and forms.
- Schedule and record appointments correctly.
- Stay updated via WhatsApp group.
- Inform patients/next of kin about discharge bills.
- Balance cash & card transactions at shift end.
- Assist with calls and other assigned tasks.
- Follow all hospital SOPs and policies.
