Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ratnagiri for an Accounts and MIS professional with CA Inter qualification and five years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing management reports, analyzing financial data for decision-making, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting audits. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Accounting, General Ledger Maintenance, and Accounts Payable/Receivable Management
• Experience in Preparing MIS Reports, Budgeting, and Variance Analysis
• Strong skills in Financial Data Analysis and Cost Control
• Knowledge of Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Audit Coordination
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field; CA Inter qualification is a must
• Prior experience in the energy or power sector is an advantage
