Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Support Executive based in Mumbai. The Call Support Executive will be responsible for handling and responding to inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the internal team. The role requires efficient time management, a polished phone manner, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to effectively manage records and streamline operations
• Clerical Skills to handle tasks such as documentation, data entry, and organization
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM tools
• Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administrative support or customer service is advantageous
