Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, insight-driven Campaign Strategist & Performance
Marketing Executive who can conceptualize high-impact marketing campaigns and
translate strategy into powerful, persuasive content.The role bridges creative strategy
and data-driven execution, ensuring campaigns are not only compelling but also deliver
measurable business outcomes.
1. Campaign Ideation & Strategic Innovation
● Conceptualize out-of-the-box, unconventional, and insight-led campaign ideas
that differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
● Create scalable “big idea” platforms that extend across digital, PR, experiential,
and internal communication channels.
● Identify cultural insights, market gaps, and consumer behaviour trends to inform
creative direction.
2. Performance Marketing Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
● Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube),
LinkedIn Ads (if applicable)
● Manage campaign budgets, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation.
● Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and CTAs aligned with campaign
objectives.
● Drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI through continuous optimization.
3. Content Architecture & Narrative Building
● Translate campaign strategy into high-performing ad copies and content assets.
● Ensure consistency in messaging across paid and organic channels.
● Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain creative effectiveness.
4. Analytics & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign deployment across
platforms.
Maintain alignment between brand strategy, content, and performance outputs.
Support campaign reporting, presentations, and strategic reviews.
5. Required Tools & Technical Proficiency
● Creative Collaboration: basic working knowledge of Figma, Adobe and Canva.
● Ad Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
● Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Google Tag Manager
(basic understanding preferred)
● Project Management: Notion, Trello, Asana or equivalent
● AI & Research Support: ChatGPT or similar AI tools
Note: Advanced design expertise is not required; strategic thinking and content quality are
the core expectations.
6. Required Competencies
● Key Performance Indicator (KPI): Quality and originality of campaign concepts
● Strong conceptual and lateral thinking ability
● Lead generation volume and cost efficiency (CPL, CAC)
● Campaign ROI and ROAS and conversion rates across funnels
● Quality and effectiveness of campaign ideas
