Role Overview

We are looking for a Certified Enterprise Architect with strong experience in IT/OT environments to drive enterprise-wide architecture strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing enterprise architecture frameworks across large, multi-geography organizations and aligning technology ecosystems with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent) across large-scale organizations
• Align IT and OT strategies with business objectives to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts including business capability maps, value streams, and process models
• Drive IT/OT convergence initiatives by integrating enterprise IT systems with operational technologies such as SCADA, IoT, and industrial automation platforms
• Define and execute enterprise architecture roadmaps ensuring scalability, security, and future readiness
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance models, and best practices across systems and projects
• Provide strategic oversight for large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment across business processes, data flows, and technology platforms
• Assess current IT/OT landscapes, identify gaps, and recommend modernization strategies to enhance performance and reduce complexity
• Ensure interoperability, cybersecurity, and compliance across integrated IT and operational environments

Key Requirements

• Certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF or equivalent certification is mandatory)
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with strong exposure to IT/OT environments
• Proven experience in managing and implementing EA frameworks for large enterprises across multiple geographies (minimum 3 to 4 implementations)
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture domains including applications, data, infrastructure, and security
• Hands-on experience with IT/OT integration technologies such as SCADA, IoT, and industrial automation
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, frameworks, and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital transformation programs within manufacturing, energy, or industrial domains
• Exposure to cloud platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and modern data architectures
• Ability to operate in complex, global, and matrixed environments
