Urgent Hiring – CEO (Mining & Crusher Operations)
Bhagwati Stone Crusher is looking for a highly experienced and visionary professional for the position of CEO to lead overall Mining & Crusher Operations.
Industry: Mining / Stone Crusher
Salary: ₹2–3 Lakh per Month
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (Mandatory)
- Mining Engineering background will be preferred
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Mining, Stone Crusher, or Heavy Industrial Operations
- Strong exposure in Operations Management, Production, Dispatch, Logistics & Team Handling
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complete mining & crusher plant operations
- Monitor production, dispatch, safety, and operational efficiency
- Handle workforce management and strategic planning
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, clients, and government authorities
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and business growth
Desired Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability
- Excellent operational and administrative management skills
- Ability to handle large-scale operations independently
