We are a growing Chartered Accountancy firm providing end-to-end compliance, accounting, and taxation services to Private Limited Companies across India. We focus on structured processes, technology-driven execution, and transparent client communication.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Accounts & Compliance Executive to manage bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and statutory compliance, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax filings for Private Limited Companies. This role requires strong technical knowledge, an ownership mindset, and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho Books/Busy or other accounting software
- Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and vendor/customer reconciliations
- Passing journal entries, provisions, depreciation, and adjustments
- Month-end and year-end closing
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow statements
- Schedule III compliant financials
- Working papers preparation for audit
- Coordination with CA/Auditor
- GST Compliance
- GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return if applicable)
- Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with books
- GST workings and tax liability computation
- Responding to GST notices (if required)
- TDS Compliance
- TDS computation and quarterly return filing
- Preparation of Form 16A
- TDS reconciliation and correction returns
- Income Tax Compliance
- Preparation and filing of ITR for private limited companies
- Computation of taxable income
- Advance tax working
- Assistance in tax audits
- Client Coordination
- Regular follow-ups for data and documents
- Handle client queries professionally
- Maintain the compliance tracker and due dates
