Role Description

The City Supply Manager is a full-time position based in the Bhubneswar. As a key member of the team, the role focuses on managing relationships with hotel partners, ensuring a strong supply chain, and maintaining an optimal inventory of available properties. Responsibilities include demand analysis, negotiation with suppliers, procurement planning, and maintaining operational efficiency to meet business objectives. Daily activities will involve collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to align on supply goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and making data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in demand planning and forecasting to effectively meet market demands
• Experience in supply management, including procurement and vendor negotiations
• Knowledge of inventory management techniques to maintain efficient operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry or experience in hotel operations is a plus
