Clinic Sales Manager Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic **Sales Manager** to lead client consultations, drive revenue, and manage the sales team for our hair transplant clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and a passion for the aesthetic healthcare industry.

✅ **Lead Conversion & Client Consultations:**

– Handle inquiries from potential clients via calls, messages, and walk-ins.

– Educate clients on hair transplant procedures, pricing, and results.

– Convert leads into booked consultations and treatments.

✅ **Sales & Revenue Growth:**

– Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

– Upsell and cross-sell additional treatments, products, or services.

– Monitor and improve clinic conversion rates of minimum 80 percent.

– Reach Target Figures individually as well.

✅ **Team Management & Training:**

– Train and mentor the sales and front desk team on sales techniques.

– Set and track individual and team sales targets.

– Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

✅ **Marketing & Business Development:**

– Work closely with the marketing team to drive lead generation.

– Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

– Organize promotional campaigns, events, and referral programs.

✅ **Customer Relationship Management:**

– Ensure excellent client experience from the first inquiry to post-procedure follow-up.

– Maintain relationships with past clients for referrals and repeat business.

– Handle customer concerns and objections professionally.

✅ **Reporting & Analysis:**

– Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.

– Analyze client feedback and sales performance to optimize strategies.

– Report to senior management on sales trends and forecasts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
