Job Title: Coding Tutor (Part-Time, Remote)

Role Overview:
We are looking for Coding Tutors who can deliver engaging, structured, and personalized learning experiences. You will work closely with students to build strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver personalized coding sessions
• Explain programming concepts in a clear and intuitive manner
• Assess student progress and provide actionable feedback
• Support students with doubts and problem-solving
• Adapt teaching methods based on individual learning needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong programming knowledge (Python, Scratch, MIT App Inventor, or Web Development)
• Ability to simplify complex concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Patience and adaptability while working with students

Good to Have:

• Prior teaching or tutoring experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Interest in education and mentoring

Work Details:

• Timings: 2:30 AM – 7:30 AM IST (US shift)
• Duration: 5 hours per day
• Work Type: Remote
• Compensation: ₹250–₹300 per hour
