Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Cold Caller Specialist. The Cold Caller Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients via phone calls, presenting the company’s services, and identifying potential leads. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of calls and responses, following up with leads, and updating the sales team with qualified prospects. The ideal candidate will engage in effective communications to nurture client relationships and meet call and sales conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills
• Solid understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
• Ability to manage high call volumes and effectively handle objections
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• High levels of professionalism and customer service orientation
• Basic tech proficiency, familiarity with software or digital platforms is a plus
• Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or related industries is preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
