The selected candidate will work across the complete brand ecosystem of Kimaya Himalayan Beverages LLP, managing marketing, community growth, experiential campaigns, and business collaborations for:
· Bee Young Beer – India’s first crafted strong beer
· Bee Young Brew Garden – North India’s hoppiest experiential microbrewery
· The Big Bridge – Boutique hospitality experience built on a live bridge
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly execution-oriented, commercially driven, and creative professional who can independently manage marketing execution, community engagement, brand partnerships, experiential activations, and business collaborations across multiple hospitality and alcobev verticals.
This role combines marketing execution with business development and community-building responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who understand both hospitality operations and modern consumer-driven brand ecosystems.
The role demands strong ownership, on-ground execution capability, relationship management skills, and the ability to build brand visibility while driving revenue-generating collaborations and experiences.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Marketing & Digital Brand Execution
· Execute day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
· Coordinate content creation including briefs, captions, creatives, reels, and campaign calendars aligned with brand tonality.
· Coordinate with agencies, designers, videographers, and content partners for timely campaign delivery.
· Track platform performance metrics including engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
· Support paid campaigns, launches, and seasonal digital promotions.
· Stay updated with hospitality, alcobev, nightlife, and social media trends to introduce fresh content ideas.
· Ensure consistency in communication and visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
2. Influencer Marketing & Shoot Coordination
· Identify, coordinate, and manage influencers, creators, nightlife communities, and brand collaborators.
· Handle influencer communication, negotiations, deliverables, and campaign execution.
· Execute photoshoots, video shoots, reels production, and campaign content creation.
· Coordinate logistics and on-ground shoot management with internal and external teams.
· Maintain and organize all brand assets, creatives, and campaign content libraries.
· Ensure optimized usage of content across digital, promotional, and experiential platforms.
3. Community Building & Corporate Partnerships
· Build and manage strong corporate relationships for team outings, corporate parties, networking evenings, and group bookings.
· Generate business through collaborations with startups, corporates, colleges, travel communities, lifestyle brands, and local business networks.
· Develop partnerships with alcobev brands, FMCG brands, premium lifestyle labels, and experiential collaborators.
· Create community-led engagement initiatives to improve customer retention and repeat footfall.
· Drive local outreach and relationship-building to strengthen the venue’s community presence.
4. Events, Activations & Experiential Campaigns
· Conceptualize and execute thematic campaigns and large-scale experiential events including:
o IPL screenings
o Oktoberfest
o New Year’s Eve
o Valentine’s events
o Festive brunches
o Live music nights
o Seasonal campaigns
· Coordinate with artists, DJs, performers, event agencies, and entertainment partners.
· Execute sponsored events, brand takeovers, and co-branded experiences.
· Support consumer engagement campaigns, giveaways, contests, and promotional activations.
· Ensure smooth on-ground execution while maintaining premium guest experience standards.
5. Business Development & Revenue Growth
· Generate private bookings including birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, corporate gatherings, and buyouts.
· Identify sponsorship and monetization opportunities through partnerships and branded experiences.
· Track activation-wise revenue, event performance, partnership ROI, and business conversion metrics.
· Work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to improve footfall, visibility, and revenue generation.
· Explore new collaboration opportunities that align with the brand’s positioning and target audience.
6. Coordination, Reporting & Execution Management
· Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, brewery, and sales departments.
· Manage external vendors, agencies, production teams, and event partners.
· Maintain marketing trackers, campaign calendars, event plans, and execution timelines.
· Share weekly updates, reports, and execution summaries.
· Ensure timely completion of all deliverables with high execution quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, marketing, community management, business development, or experiential marketing.
· Hospitality industry experience is mandatory.
· Exposure to microbreweries, nightlife, casual dining, or alcobev brands will be a strong advantage.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media execution.
· Excellent networking, coordination, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to independently manage multiple projects and high-pressure hospitality environments.
· Strong ownership mindset with hands-on execution capability.
· Comfortable with rotational shifts and on-ground hospitality operations.
