Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Compensation Benefits Manager to join our team in Mumbai. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for developing and managing competitive compensation strategies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and conducting job evaluations to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness. You will collaborate with leadership to design and implement compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent, while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Job Evaluation and creating fair and equitable job classifications
- Expertise in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits management
- Proficiency in Compensation Management and designing effective Compensation Structures
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
