Computer Operator Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (In-person / Office-based) Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers are welcome to apply) Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on typing speed and experience) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Jaipur office. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in our company database and Excel sheets. This is a 100% in-office role suitable for individuals who are quick learners and have a high level of accuracy in typing. Key Responsibilities Data Input: Accurately enter data from source documents (physical or digital) into our internal systems or MS Excel. Verification: Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct discrepancies immediately. Maintenance: Update and maintain existing databases to ensure all information is current and accessible. Documentation: Organize and scan physical files as needed to create digital backups. Reporting: Assist the team by generating daily or weekly reports on data progress. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Basic formulas, sorting, filtering) and MS Word. Typing Speed: Minimum 30–35 WPM (Words Per Minute) with high accuracy. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor errors in large datasets. Reliability: Since this is an in-person role, candidates must be able to commute daily to our office in Jaipur. Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Previous experience in a back-office or data entry role. Familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM software.
