Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer IT Support role based in Bengaluru. The Computer IT Support professional will provide day-to-day technical assistance to internal users, including installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripherals, and software. The role involves responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The individual will also support user account management, ensure adherence to IT policies, maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions, and assist with routine maintenance, updates, and system backups. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support training, onboarding, and smooth technology operations will be an important part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support, with experience assisting users in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting common hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Hands-on experience with Desktop Computers, including setup, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Foundational knowledge of Information Technology concepts, operating systems, and standard office applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in clear, accessible language.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team on-site.
• Relevant certification(s) such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent, or a diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in an educational technology or startup environment is an advantage, but not required.
