Your new role

As a Consultant Within Our Customer, Consumer & Competitor Insights Team, You’ll Be The Technical Expert Driving Data Visualization Excellence For International Operations. You’ll Independently Lead Stakeholder Discussions, Translate Complex Business Needs Into Compelling Dashboards, And Ensure Our Global Commercial Teams Have The Insights They Need. Day-to-day Tasks Will Include

• Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Power BI and Power Apps dashboards that enable commercial stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
• Owning end-to-end data management activities including data mapping, validation, quality checks, and proactive monitoring to ensure data accuracy and flow
• Building and maintaining data infrastructure including data lakes, with rigorous focus on governance, reliability, and scalability
• Leading the entire data visualization, governance, and management process for the function – serving as the go-to technical expert for Power BI and other visualization solutions
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across geographies to understand business needs and translate them into effective, business-ready visualizations
• Managing and coordinating with external vendors involved in data and dashboard development activities
• Ensuring timely dashboard updates, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance while proactively suggesting tool improvements

Your new department

The Operations GBS unit drives executional excellence and efficiency across all operations-related activities, including commercial analytics, operations of medical affairs, omnichannel operations, and commercial supply chain. Commercial Insight & Analytics, GBS Bangalore, is re-sponsible for data analytics and insight generation for the global markets. The unit supports global stakeholders in taking commercial execution decisions through data-driven insights. The department encompasses various functions such as Frontline Excellence, Contract Operations & Insights, Strategic Pricing & Market Access, Business Insights & Analytics, and Customer, Consumer & Competitor Insights.

Your Skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for a Consultant who thrives on transforming complex data into clear insights and can independently manage the complete visualization lifecycle. You’ll bring with you:

• Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 5-7 years of total professional experience, with at least 4-5 years of hands-on Power BI development experience
• Advanced expertise in Power BI including data modelling, creation of multiple data connections, DAX, and performance optimization
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and data lake architectures, with proven experience in data governance, validation, and scalable analytics solutions
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across international teams and manage external vendors
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a complex global environment
• Proven time and project management skills to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver dashboards on time
• A proactive attitude, quick learning ability with strong inclination for tools and data governance, and excellent communication skills
• Good-to-have skills include Python, Power Apps, Gen AI, and Agentic AI
