Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area with Eastman Industries Limited. The selected candidate will be responsible for consulting or permanent assignments within the company, conducting market analysis, developing and executing strategies for global operations, and managing client relationships. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize supply chain operations, and align deliverables with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in market research, business analysis, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in supplier relationship management, client servicing, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with supply chain management, global operations, and logistics planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse cultural teams.
- Analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential.
- Advanced knowledge of industry trends, particularly in bicycle parts, auto tires, and agricultural equipment manufacturing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in export-oriented industries is highly desirable.
