KAMPAN is a consulting firm working with startups, brands, and internal products across content, marketing, and growth. We work closely with founders and teams to build scalable content systems and consistent content output.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can consistently think, write, and execute content. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for taking content from idea to publishing.

The primary focus is short-form content (Instagram-first), with additional work across LinkedIn and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly content strategy (Instagram-first)
• Write scripts for short-form content (Reels/Shorts)
• Write captions and supporting content for posts
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules
• Coordinate with video editor and designer
• Ensure content moves from idea to publishing without delays
• Track basic performance and refine content direction

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, social media, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels/Shorts)
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and structured scripts
• Experience using AI tools for writing, ideation, or workflows
• Strong execution and organisational ability
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team

Important Requirement (Execution Focus)

This is not a strategy-only role. You will be expected to:

• Write regularly
• Manage multiple pieces of content
• Ensure consistent output

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startups, founders, or creator-led brands
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools
• Understanding of content performance metrics

Compensation will be aligned with industry standards, based on experience and skill level.
