Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Content Writer and Marketer at Admini. The person in this role will plan, write, and edit content for websites, blogs, landing pages, product education, and in-app communication. They will support marketing campaigns by creating social media posts, newsletters, and short-form content tailored for micro and small business audiences. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on customer pain points, translating product features into clear benefits, and developing messaging that explains how Admini simplifies business operations through WhatsApp. The role also involves collaborating with product and growth teams to align content with brand voice, SEO goals, and campaign objectives, as well as measuring content performance and iterating based on data.
Qualifications

• Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, concise, user-focused language.
• Experience in Content Strategy and Research to plan topics, understand audience needs, and support product and marketing goals.
• Proficient in Proofreading, with a strong eye for grammar, clarity, and consistency across channels.
• Experience or familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO basics, social media content, email marketing) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, design, growth) and incorporating feedback constructively.
• Previous experience writing for SaaS, startups, or small business audiences is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
