Corporate Sales Manager — MICE & Group Bookings

Location: Delhi NCR / Gurugram (with property visits to Neemrana)
About Us
Haut Monde Rajputana Palace is a 46-key luxury heritage resort in Neemrana, positioned at the heart of the Delhi–Jaipur corridor. We host destination weddings, corporate offsites, and leisure travellers — and we’re now scaling our MICE business to capture corporate demand on our doorstep.
We’re hiring a Corporate Sales Manager to build this book from the ground up.
The Role
You will own MICE and corporate group revenue end-to-end — from named-account prospecting through to event delivery handoff. This is a hunter role with a defined named-account list across the Japanese, Korean, and auto manufacturing clusters, and the autonomy to build it your way.
You’ll report to the Director of Sales and work alongside our wedding sales team, with strong support from the property’s GM and ownership.
What You’ll Do
• Open and grow named corporate accounts across the Delhi NCR and Neemrana–Bawal–Manesar manufacturing zone
• Sell day conferences, residential conferences, sales offsites, training programs, and family days
• Build relationships with corporate travel desks, admin heads, and HR/L&D teams
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, site visits, proposals, negotiation, contract closure
• Deliver against an annual revenue quota with quarterly milestones
• Partner with travel agents, DMCs, and event agencies as a secondary channel
• Maintain a clean CRM and weekly pipeline reporting
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years in corporate / MICE / banquet sales at a hotel, resort, or convention venue
• Existing relationships with corporate accounts in the Delhi–Jaipur corridor
• Comfortable with named-account selling and longer B2B sales cycles
• Strong proposal-writing and negotiation skills
• Self-starter who can build a book from scratch — we’re not handing you an inherited pipeline
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings and to Neemrana for site visits
