At SkilloVilla Technologies Private Limited, we’re looking for a confident and relationship-driven Corporate Relations Associate to join our Career Services & Placements team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring partners, HR teams, and students to build strong placement opportunities and ensure successful hiring outcomes. From onboarding companies and managing outreach to coordinating interviews and supporting students through the placement journey — you’ll play a key role in shaping careers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage hiring partner relationships

• Drive outreach through LinkedIn, cold calls, and email campaigns

• Coordinate placements, interviews, and candidate pipelines

• Track hiring metrics and placement outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills

• 1–2 years experience in corporate relations, B2B sales, placements, or client management

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel & CRM tools

• Passion for student success and career growth
