With over 15,000+ customers across India, we provide premium industrial hardware solutions including SKF bearings, sealing solutions, power transmission products, and condition monitoring systems. We are expanding our retail counter sales team and looking for customer-focused professionals.
The Role
We are hiring a Counter Sales Executive for our SKF Bearings retail counter in Rewari, Haryana. You will be the face of SKF at our counter – assisting walk-in customers, processing orders, providing product recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the retail counter
– Provide product information and recommendations for SKF bearings and industrial products
– Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately
– Manage counter inventory and ensure stock availability
– Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
– Maintain counter displays and product catalogs
– Coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment
– Update CRM records and daily sales reports
– Build long-term relationships with local customers and contractors
– Meet daily and monthly counter sales targets
KPIs
– Daily counter sales targets and revenue achievement
– Customer satisfaction and service quality
– Order accuracy and processing time
– Counter inventory management
– CRM update accuracy
Required Qualifications
– 10th/12th pass or Diploma (ITI in Mechanical preferred)
– 1-3 years of counter sales or retail experience (industrial/hardware preferred)
– Knowledge of SKF products or industrial bearings is an advantage
– Basic computer skills for billing and CRM
– Excellent communication in Hindi and English
– Customer service oriented with a friendly attitude
– Attention to detail and organizational skills
