Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a National Manager. The National Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations within the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with the production and research teams to ensure product alignment with market needs. The National Manager will also be tasked with leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and business development
- Strong understanding of the heavy machinery industry and underground mining equipment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in team leadership and managing remote teams
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
