Withum is seeking the right person to fill the position of Creative Service Manager based in our Bengaluru office. This person is a strategic thinker, hands-on creative partner, and strong project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, environment. They will ensure brand consistency, operational efficiency, and exceptional creative output. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring the team to efficiency, ensure quality and business goals. This person will report to the Associate Creative Director in the U.S.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

Creative Leadership & Direction

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, writers, videographers, freelancers).
• Translate business goals into compelling creative solutions aligned with brand strategy.
• Review and provide creative direction on assets, ensuring excellence in concept, design, and execution.
• Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to elevate the creative vision and brand presence.
• Oversee the development of creative briefs and ensure clarity across teams.
• Track project status and provide updates to stakeholders throughout the creative lifecycle.
• Creative output consistently elevates brand perception and drives measurable business results.

Brand Stewardship

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all channels.
• Conduct quality control to ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and business objectives.
• Work closely with marketing, communications, product, events, and executives to understand needs and deliver effective creative solutions.

Requirements:

• Online Portfolio required
• Must come into our Withum Bengaluru office
• 5+ years of experience in creative services, design, or marketing roles overseeing a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related experience preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills to stakeholders.
• Must be well versed in Adobe Creative Suites: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and understanding of branding
• Video editing experience with a working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Microsoft Programs (Word, Sharepoint and PowerPoint) experience required
• HTML/CSS/Javascript/UI/UX and Wordpress experience a plus
• Experienced in layout and print production process
