Creative Marketing & Social Trainee | Entry Level, Immediate Joinee Full Time

About the Role

Purplechalk is looking for freshers and entry-level creatives who are passionate about marketing, design, content creation, and brand storytelling. As a Creative Marketing & Social Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to how brands are built, positioned, and communicated across digital and real-world touchpoints.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that manages multiple brands — from fashion and lifestyle to D2C and retail — handling everything from campaign ideation and social media management to influencer collaborations and creative execution. This is a learning-driven role for someone ready to dive in, contribute ideas, and grow fast in a full-service agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Participate in planning and executing brand campaigns, digital activities, and on-ground events.
• Support influencer collaborations, product seeding, and partnership activities.
• Assist with social media content scheduling, posting, and analytics.
• Help prepare campaign reports and research emerging marketing trends.

Creative & Content Development

• Contribute ideas for social media creatives, video content, and marketing communication.
• Coordinate content creation — from brainstorming reels to assisting photoshoots.
• Work with the design team to ensure visuals reflect each brand’s tone and positioning.
• Support with writing captions, post copy, and creative briefs.

Brand Strategy & Collaboration

• Work with multiple brands to understand their identity, tone, and marketing goals.
• Research audiences, competitors, and trends to strengthen campaign strategy.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and marketing teams for seamless execution.

Who You Are

• Based in Chennai and available for immediate joining.
• An entry-level candidate passionate about marketing, branding, and storytelling.
• Willing to learn, experiment, and grow in a creative, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling influencer activities, events, and brand promotions.
• Familiar with tools like Meta Suite, Canva, or basic design/editing apps.
• A self-starter who thrives on creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.
