Role Summary

We are hiring a CRM & Administration Executive who will be responsible for managing and maintaining client data within the CRM system, tracking interactions and activities, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, improving client management, and supporting seamless coordination across teams to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client data in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and regular data clean-up
• Track client interactions, activities, and prepare basic reports/dashboards
• Support internal teams with CRM updates and coordination across departments
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation and record management
• Maintain organized files, reports, and ensure smooth internal communication

Required Skills

• Experience or basic knowledge of CRM tools
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
