About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Advertising Account Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and internal marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, strong understanding abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects smoothly.
The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, understanding requirements clearly, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
* Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the execution team
* Coordinate with design, ads, SEO, social media, content, and development teams
* Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
* Conduct client meetings and provide regular updates
* Handle revisions, feedback, and approvals professionally
* Track project progress and ensure quality standards
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional services
* Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong leadership and coordination abilities
* Good understanding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
* Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies preferred
* Basic understanding of social media marketing, paid ads, branding, SEO, and website projects
* Strong follow-up and time management skills
* Positive attitude and accountability mindset
