CTO – Product Head / End‑to‑End Developer Full Time NEW

The Right Hand (Official Google Partner) is building a next‑generation SaaS platform with features like API integration, CRM, IVR, and employee tracking. We are committed to transforming providers operations with innovation and discipline.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands‑on technical co‑founder who has already developed complete product projects from scratch and can lead technology strategy. This is not a side project—it requires full dedication and daily collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale mobile apps and web applications end‑to‑end.
• Architect and integrate APIs, CRM modules, and IVR systems.
• Lead technical team, enforce coding standards, and ensure daily progress.
• Work in‑person with the team for at least 9 hours/day, 6 days/week.

Must‑Have Expertise:

• Proven track record of developing complete product projects (not just modules).
• Strong app & web development skills (React, Nest JS, Postgresql, MongoDB).
• CRM customisation, API integration, and IVR setup (MSG91,Twilio/Exotel).
• SaaS architecture and compliance knowledge.
• Cloud/DevOps (AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, security).

Commitment & Compensation:

• Expectation: 9 hrs/day, 6 days/week, with structured daily updates.
• Compensation: 20% Equity stake + Base Monthly stipend).
• This is a co‑founder role, not a regular job.
