Customer Relationship Executive – International Market Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically sound Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our global clientele, ensuring seamless communication, managing day-to-day relationships, and driving our international outreach. The ideal candidate blends technical aptitude—specifically an engineering or architectural background—with exceptional interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of the global stone industry.

Key Responsibilities

• International Client Management: Act as the dedicated liaison for clients across the globe, managing inquiries and ensuring a world-class customer experience across different time zones.
• Relationship Building: Maintain continuous, daily engagement with existing clients to nurture long-term partnerships and build trust.
• Commercial Operations: Accurately draft, review, and generate commercial offers, proforma invoices, and official quotes for international shipments.
• Outreach & Marketing: Execute outbound lead generation campaigns, assist in digital marketing initiatives, and follow up with prospects from international trade fairs and B2B platforms.
• Logistics Coordination (Added Value): Assist in aligning client requirements with export logistics, ensuring smooth handoffs for international freight forwarding and port dispatches.
• Product Consultation (Added Value): Provide technical guidance to clients on material selection, applications, and specifications for various natural and engineered stones.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Technical Education: A degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred) OR a background in Architecture.
• Industry Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the natural and engineered stone industry, including granite, marble, quartz, and sintered stone.
• Mathematical Proficiency: Rapid and highly accurate ability to calculate and convert area metrics, specifically square meters (sqm) and square feet (sqft), as well as understanding volumetric measurements for stone slabs and blocks.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English fluency to effectively negotiate and build rapport with an international demographic.
• Commercial Acumen (Added Value): Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms), export documentation, and global supply chain basics.
• Tech Savvy (Added Value): Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and standard invoice generation systems.
