Job Summary

Transcom is hiring Customer Service Advisors for a US-based E-Commerce voice process. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls related to online retail orders and deliver high-quality support by resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 40–50 inbound customer calls daily for E-Commerce support
• Assist customers with:
• Order cancellations
• Refund requests
• Lost or missing orders
• Return requests
• Payment-related issues
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer service
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Meet defined KPIs for quality and productivity
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO customer service in any of the following:
• Retail process
• Airline process
• Insurance process
• No employment gaps
• Must reside within 15 km transport boundary or be willing to relocate
• Candidates serving notice period preferred
• Fluent English communication skills (C1/C2 level required)
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

• 5.5-day work week
• Rotational shifts and weekly offs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹34,000.00 per month
