Shift Details

5 Working Days per Week

Fixed Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday

Shift Window: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Any 9-hour shift within the specified window

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through Social Media, Email, and Chat channels.

Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service quality standards.

Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up of customer cases.

Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Email, and Chat Support processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in handling international customers is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts within the specified time window.
