Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Freshers Can Apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Associate to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving approach to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the team
• Meet KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction scores

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Patience and empathy while handling customers
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (freshers can apply)
