Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for Deputy General Manager – Quality (Healthcare). The role entails driving initiatives in quality assurance, quality control, and quality auditing to maintain and enhance healthcare service standards. You will oversee compliance with regulatory and organizational quality standards, develop and implement quality programs, and provide actionable insights via data analysis. The role also requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing to maintain and improve healthcare service standards.
• Proven Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor trends, and develop effective strategies for quality enhancement.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Experience in leadership roles and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in healthcare accreditation processes and compliance standards will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, quality control, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality management are desirable.
