About the role
We are looking for an Excel‑focused Data Analyst to support true‑ups and renewals within a Managed Services program. This role is operational and reporting‑driven, with a strong emphasis on accurate MIS reporting, reconciliation, and data integrity, rather than exploratory analytics or BI‑heavy work. The analyst will own recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly), work with data extracted from multiple internal systems, validate and reconcile results, and ensure outputs are consistent, audit‑ready, and reliable for business and renewal decisions.
Excel is the primary day‑to‑day working tool for this role. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling large datasets in Excel and using advanced features such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / INDEX‑MATCH, Power Query, conditional logic, and macros/VBA to automate reporting and reduce manual effort. SQL experience is beneficial for data extraction, but most analysis, validation, and reporting will be performed in Excel. This is not a data science or BI‑led role; candidates with a strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and experience working within fixed reporting cadences will be best suited.
