Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Success Support Associate. The associate will engage with customers to foster relationships, address concerns, and ensure user satisfaction with the platform. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support via multiple channels, analyzing customer feedback to enhance services, and creating strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Engagement, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and enhance user relationships
• Proficiency in Customer Retention strategies for building long-term user loyalty
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Passion for education, African languages, and cultural heritage is a strong asset
• Previous experience in customer success or support roles is an advantage
