Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Telemarketing Executive to manage data entry tasks, maintain accurate records, and support business growth through telemarketing activities. The candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain customer and business data in company systems.
• Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
• Organize and manage electronic files and databases.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.

Telemarketing Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and service requirements.
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or HSC/12th Pass (preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data management.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
