We work with enterprise brands and help them build capability in their growth and marketing teams and solve specific growth challenges.

We help businesses reduce their time from data to actionable insight by building a data warehouse with data from all business data sources, along with customized dashboards and alerts.
4. Generative AI Consulting
We have been working in the AI space since 2019 when we launched Smacient, a portal to help marketers leverage AI to be more productive and efficient. Today, Smacient has evolved into a solutions provider to help businesses leverage generative AI for business efficiency and growth. While we work on AI implementation at Smacient, we focus on AI consulting and advisory at Tacheon.

Who You’ll Work With:
You will work very closely with the founder Rohit Uttamchandani, who comes with over a decade of very rich experience in the industry. He is the author of the book D2C Growth Blueprint (available on Amazon and Kindle), which helps early-stage D2C brands scale from zero to 10000 orders a month within a year of starting up. He has set up data warehouses for multiple brands and has helped them go from data to actionable insight in quick time.
He was recognized as one of the 100 Smartest Digital Marketing Leaders 2020 by ET Now, World Marketing Congress, Global Federation of Marketers & CMO Global and has also been featured in the exchange4media 40 Under 40 list in November 2021. He will mentor and guide you and help you elevate your career to new heights.
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and curious Data Engineer & Product Developer to join our marketing technology team. This is a holistic role where you will be expected to think as an engineer, a product developer, and a business stakeholder all at once.
If you enjoy figuring things out, moving fast, and taking ownership of what you build from idea through to delivery, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Data Engineering
▸ Design, build, and maintain data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
▸ Work with a variety of APIs to fetch, transform, and load data efficiently – the specific platforms will vary based on what we are building.
▸ Model and structure marketing data into clean, relational schemas that support analysis and reporting.
▸ Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across pipelines.
Product Development
▸ Collaborate in ideating, designing, and shipping tools that help marketing teams work more efficiently these could be AI-powered or otherwise.
▸ You will need to be comfortable jumping into a new product idea, understanding what it needs to do, and contributing meaningfully whether that is scoping it, prototyping it, or helping refine it.
▸ Build quick prototypes to validate ideas before full-scale development.
▸ Understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical thinking.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
▸ Internship with 0-1years or 1 year of experience in a data, engineering, or product-adjacent role
▸ Solid understanding of SQL basics and working with relational databases.
▸ Familiarity with Python for scripting, data processing, or API integrations.
▸ Experience integrating REST APIs to fetch and load data.
▸ Comfortable using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
▸ A systems thinker – you understand how different pieces connect and affect each other.
▸ Open to using AI tools in your day-to-day work and genuinely eager to keep learning.
Good to Have
▸ Hands-on exposure to Google Cloud Platform – BigQuery, Cloud Functions, or similar services.
▸ Some exposure to marketing data platforms and analytics tools.
▸ Prior experience with product development cycles – personal, academic, or professional projects all count.
