Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dell & HPE Server Hardware Admin role based in Valsad. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining Dell and HPE server hardware, including rack, tower, and blade servers. The professional will perform routine health checks, firmware and BIOS upgrades, hardware diagnostics, and component replacement to ensure maximum uptime. Responsibilities include monitoring server performance, managing hardware inventory, coordinating with OEM support for warranty and service cases, and documenting configurations and changes. The role also includes collaborating with network, storage, and application teams to support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and implement infrastructure best practices while adhering to company standards and security policies.
Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dell and HPE server hardware administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong skills in server monitoring, hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with RAID configuration, storage connectivity, and basic networking concepts related to server infrastructure.
• Experience with firmware, BIOS, and driver updates, as well as lifecycle management tools from Dell and HPE.
• Ability to coordinate with OEM support, log and track service requests, and manage hardware warranty and AMC cases.
• Good documentation skills for recording configurations, change logs, and maintenance activities.
• Understanding of data center practices such as rack management, cabling standards, power planning, and environmental checks.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Dell, HPE, CompTIA Server+) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to incident and change management.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Valsad, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and support occasional off-hours maintenance.
