Department POC

Role Summary: Acts as the bridge between client expectations and internal content execution. Owns planning, communication, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary client SPOC for creative deliverables
• Create and manage content calendars (monthly/quarterly)
• Lead all creative planning discussions (campaigns, launches, themes)
• Share MOMs, drafts, and approvals with clients
• Schedule and lead review/approval calls
• Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with writers and designers
• Daily alignment with execution heads of content and design
• Align creative team with SEO & performance requirements

KPIs:

• On-time delivery %
• Approval turnaround time
• Client satisfaction & retention
• Planning accuracy (rework due to poor briefs)
• Internal coordination efficiency

Ideal Profile:

• 5–7 years of experience
• Strong communication + planning skills
• Good understanding of content across formats (social, blogs, ads)
• Excellent presentation and deck preparation skills with strategic insights
• End-to-end account management experience
• Agency background preferred

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
