Job Description – Deputy Regional Sales Manager (GJ, MP & CG)

We are seeking a Deputy RSM – Central Region to lead sales and business development across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat & Chhattisgarh.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the assigned states.
- Strengthen and expand distributor, dealer, and retail networks.
- Develop and manage relationships with OEMs and large accounts.
- Formulate business plans, implement Go-To-Market strategies, and ensure regional profitability.
- Lead and mentor the state sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements for strategic insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, product management) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership with strong expertise in channel & OEM sales.
- Preferred industries: Building materials, furniture hardware & fittings, laminates, plywood, adhesives, sanitaryware, paints, or allied sectors.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Management preferred.
- Strong skills in distributor management, business expansion, strategic planning, team leadership, and negotiation.
- Based in Ahmedabad with willingness to travel extensively across MP, Gujarat & Chhattisgarh.
