We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers for a managed services project supporting Morgan Stanley operations through Infosys.

Locations:

• Bangalore – RMZ Ecoworld

• Mumbai – Goregaon East

• Mumbai – Worli (Trading Support)

Open Roles:

L1 Desktop Support Engineer

Experience: 1–3 Years

L2 Incident Technician

Experience: 4–7 Years

Required Skills:

• Desktop / EUC Support

• SCCM

• ITIL

• Incident Handling & Troubleshooting

• Hands & Feet Support

• Good Communication Skills

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday – Rotational Shifts

• Saturday via Comp-Off

• Sunday support (if required)

Training will be provided on internal & third-party applications.

Important Notes:

• Client interview mandatory

• Scenario-based troubleshooting round

• Strong communication skills required

• Detailed background verification will be conducted

• No experience gaps preferred
