Shift- rotational shift 6am to 10-30pm
IT FMS services and support to end user computing environment.
Call response, user validation and acknowledge the request from user.
Knowledge on SCCM (Must).
Work with Landis+Gyr or other service providers as required, to facilitate information sharing, resolution and communication around incidents affecting multiple end users.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS reports followed by quarterly report for review purpose (excel sheet / power point / extracted reports from GLITCH, (Landis+Gyr IT Service Desk system) to report end user incidents)
Vendor Coordination – call logging and follow ups with OEMs / system integrators / local IT vendors / Telecom and Internet service providers for IT services & Infrastructure)
Asset management services – On every IMAC of HW/SW/Licenses, the asset database must to updated (Either in excel / GLITCH / Asset management tool as may be provided and instructed)
Updating the IT inventory records based on data received
Installation/ Re-installation of OS, standard application, mail configuration and changes to desktops and laptops (and associated peripherals) and printers. Disconnects and reconnects of equipment associated with associate moves.
Mail client configuration and installation of standard software. Will remotely install standard software where possible on end user workstations to avoiding routing requests and desk side visits.
Desk side Support: provide, as part of baseline services, resolution of all workstation issues including OS installation, standard application installation, mail configuration, printer configuration, Patch installation, Antivirus Installation and updating, local and remote workstation connectivity etc.
LAN/WAN Support: this support is limited to monitoring and troubleshooting as per Landis+Gyr IT guidelines and assistance
The customer identified projects to be performed that are distinct from and in addition to day-to-day IT incidents and technical issues raised by the end users, which has been identified as IT service upgrades like upgrading the end user OS, deploying encryption, upgrading end user software to improve the productivity
